Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
